Some wait for their market to change. Loïc chose to get ahead of it. An entrepreneur for more than ten years, he watched the same story play out again and again: ambitious founders, quickly swept up by machinery beyond their control. Just setting up a company becomes an ordeal - articles of association, share capital, registration with the Commercial Register, VAT, social insurance affiliations. Then the contacts multiply: accountant, insurer, pension advisor, each in their own lane, none responsible for the whole. Helvate grew out of that refusal. Everything starts with a single act: setting up the company.
